OuQiao Industrial Invited to Give the Keynote at the “Tongxin Haike Lecture Hall” Hungary and Easter
On the afternoon of September 17, the “Tongxin Haike Lecture Hall” special session on Hungary and Eastern Europe was held at the Hefei Municipal Government Service Center. At the invitation of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Hefei Municipal Committee, Zhan Jingbo, General Manager of OuQiao Industrial and Executive President of the Hungary Anhui Chamber of Commerce, delivered the keynote lecture, attended by more than 80 representatives of Hefei enterprises and individuals.

In his lecture, Zhan Jingbo addressed the key concerns of companies going global in four parts: first, a macro-level look at the strategic value of Central and Eastern Europe as a new “blue ocean” for overseas expansion; second, an in-depth analysis of Hungary’s investment environment, compared with other popular destinations in the region; third, an introduction to the OuQiao Technology Industrial Park, invested in and operated by OuQiao Industrial, as a platform for companies landing in Central and Eastern Europe; and fourth, a summary of lessons from both successful and unsuccessful cases, with practical recommendations.
The lecture also gave a systematic overview of the investment and trade environment in Hungary and Eastern Europe, market opportunities and risks, laws, policies and compliance matters, and overseas industrial park development and settlement support. Drawing on the operating experience of the OuQiao Technology Industrial Park, it shared the experience and pathways of Anhui enterprises establishing themselves in Central and Eastern Europe.
Participating company representatives said the content was practical and highly targeted, helping them better understand the investment and trade environment in Hungary and the broader Central and Eastern European market, and strengthening their confidence and sense of direction for going global.
Going forward, the Municipal Party Committee’s United Front Work Department will continue to focus on the needs of companies going global, roll out more special sessions on key countries and regions, and leverage the bridging role of the overseas Chinese community to help Hefei enterprises expand steadily into overseas markets. OuQiao Industrial will also continue to draw on the OuQiao Technology Industrial Park to provide settlement support and resource matching for companies interested in establishing operations in Central and Eastern Europe.
