On July 29, Xi'an International Port Area held a press conference on several measures to support Qin Chuangyuan's construction of the "China-Europe Talent Train" and the "New Land-Hong Kong People" overseas talent plan. At the press conference, the Hungarian Ouqiao Science and Technology Industrial Park of Ouqiao Industrial in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, was officially awarded the "China-Europe Railway Express (Xi'an) International Exchange Terminal" by the International Port Area, and based on this, the two sides carried out in-depth cooperation.

The chairman of Ouqiao Industrial Group said that he was very honored to be the "China Railway Express (Xi'an) International Exchange Station" and participated in the construction of the Xi'an International Port Area. The company will take advantage of Hungary's geographical advantages to do a good job in the service of "China Railway Express (Xi'an) International Exchange Terminal", and carry out in-depth cooperation with Xi'an International Port Area. Make use of overseas talent resources, build an overseas talent platform, build a talent resource pool, and do a good job in overseas series of publicity, and further expand the influence of the "New Mainland Hong Kong People" overseas talent plan. Make due contributions to the in-depth international exchanges and cooperation of the "Belt and Road".
Since 2020, the Hungarian Ouqiao Science and Technology Industrial Park has been in the initial stage of construction. Ouqiao Industry combines its own development plan with China's foreign economic and trade development policy and Hungary's national development strategy, and actively strives for the support of the two governments on this basis. The park has completed the transformation of 80,000 square meters of infrastructure, including standardized workshops, office buildings, cultural exchange centers and other infrastructure construction. Among them, the functional area for commodity exhibition, business negotiation and product transaction cover an area of 30,000 square meters. By the end of 2021, 152 companies have settled in the park. At present, a clustered ecosystem of production, processing, distribution, transportation and service industries has been initially formed.
In the next step, Ouqiao Industry will take this award as a new starting point.
